Unbroken: 75 Day Challenge is an app that you can download for free. To use it, you choose five daily tasks that you must do every day for 75 days, so it could be workouts, water intake and more. For a limited time, you can also get a free Lifetime licence, so you'll get access to Unbroken Pro, which includes premium features like Linked Fate, which allows you to do the challenges with someone else. If they miss a task, so will you, so it encourages you both.

All you need to do is search for the Unbroken: 75 Day Challenge app in your Apple or Android store. Download it, create a free account, and when you have, click the green button below. The link will take you to the code redemption page where you should enter 75HARD to get the premium features.
